Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fluenced account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
